Open House 2011
Clients will tell you that Classic Party Rentals is known for great product, great service, and a great PARTY! On March 16, the Burlingame showroom and warehouse were filled with over 750 of Classic's industry partners for a fun night of inspiring designs, delectable food and beverage, and an atmosphere of appreciation. The 2011 Open House was a Celebration of the Elements, in which Earth, Water, Fire and Wind inspired the distinctive event decor and ambiance.
The warehouse was completely transformed from a bustling, operational hub to a relaxed and inviting event space. As a nod to "Earth", the dishroom was softened with neutral-colored drape, exquisite wooden wall paneling, a charming striped canvas canopy, and a wood-framed "tent" for a touch of rustic elegance. In the "Water" area, navy blue drape, teal carpet, and modern white leather furniture perfectly offset the dramatic beaded chandelier overhead to create an enchanting under-the-sea lounge. The swank "Fire" room boasted striking black and red chandeliers against red-hot drape, smoky stainless steel buffets, and sultry black and white lounge furniture. Finally, the ethereal "Wind" environment, which expanded from the existing loading dock into a soaring structure tent, felt lighter than air with its white drapery, clear top, and silver and lavender lounge accents.
Throughout the event, as guests feasted their eyes on unique tabletop items, luxe linens, and creatively dressed Chameleon Chairs, they saw the work of many of the Bay Area's top floral designers enhance the tabletops. They also enjoyed the culinary talents of seven fabulous caterers and the perfectly-themed cocktails and delicious wines poured by beverage partners. The Classic team and a few select guests even surprised the rest of the party with an energetic Flash Mob dance set to Earth, Wind and Fire's September.
It was an exciting evening for Classic San Francisco - a way to thank our clients for their amazing support, showcase our incredible products and services for events, and really have FUN together. Special thanks are extended to all industry partners who made the Classic Party Rentals 2011 Open House a resounding success.
